To much of a pain to set up. Harmony remotes know what devices are on so they can be easily turned off. This remote wants all your devices on then you can go from there.

Not ready for Prime Time!
I had hoped by its pedigree that the ARRX18G, a rebranded United Electronics Inc Nevo C3 sold only through custom installers, would be a solid remote but unfortunately the software is still not ready for prime time 6 months after being released.

Great bang for the buck
First the bad... This remote is simple enough to set up, though it isn't as intuitive as they would have you believe. The web-setup is a pain...

Great remote, easy to use
I have a LCD TV, x box 360, a satellite, and a receiver. This remote lets me turn everything on and start watching TV or playing xbox easy - just push a button.

zero user friendliness
This is my log of the nightmare from the last week spent trying to get this unit configured; I've been designing and writing software for 30 years; I would never let this product out the door; It's a disgrace to my profession to see this level of abysmal product workmanship; I apologize for the disorganization of the below;
It's apparent they rushed this product without any regard to the customer's experience; We the people and our interests have been ignored by the vendor;
----------------------------------------------------------------------
locked on initial "firmware update"; had to remove battery pack to reset;
setup is NOT a matter of minutes as the vendor falsely claims; setup (to include activities, macros, key assignments and favorites/profiles) literally takes days if not weeks to achieve(we are not talking tweaks, we are talking
initial setup); setup is eating your peas, one at a time, and each pea takes at least 45 seconds; the volume of peas is a bucket full (there is zero copy/paste or multi-select capability)
usb - remote update locks frequently, requiring a reset a la battery pack removal - at which point you have to reset the time;
unit - slider bar is a royal PITA; the unit is unreliable at least 15% of the time and seemingly is going to break;
Very little feedback during macro/activity execution
You have to know the category of your "target" device; knowing brand/model/remote-model in and of itself is useless
If you don't know the category; e.g.
