If you have unlimited time to program or are willing to have someone do it for you; If you have the patience to reboot at least once a week; If you pay for an extended warranty; If you understand that support is poor for the first year; Then this is the remote for you.

This remote is a joke. Run-away commands on a daily basis. Volume all the way up or down with one touch, channels scrolling out of control, locking up.

does the job... but not great
setting up was a pain. i had to zoom back and forth to get harmony to recognize the signals from my device remotes. it records all keys well, just wasn't as easy as it should have been.
