The good: this product does work, has a button to prevent charging battery if you want. comes with an adapter to expand compatibility with other HP laptops.

Replacement charger
This HP works well as a replacement charger. It also has the feature to only provide power to the laptop and NOT charge, so you don't ruin your battery by having the laptop plugged in all of the time.
