Overpriced Garbage
I bought a USA Spec adapter for my Honda Ridgeline from a local car stereo shop. Having lived with it for several months now, I would actively dissuade anyone I know from getting one.

Disappointing sound quality; high-pitched hissing sound
After having this ipod interface professionally installed in an '07 Accord (stock, in-dash 6-disc changer with no XM radio), I was very disappointed with the sound quality.
