A Keyspan's docks review (AV Dock and TuneView)
I have owned the two Keyspan iPod's docks: The older one (AV dock) does not output full stereo sound to my home theater anymore, I've checked this out unplugging the home theater audio jack from the unit's audio out and plugging it directly to the iPod's headphone jack: the center and right speakers came back to life. Product still has not arrived & they haven't replied to my email yet.
To be fair, I haven't relentlessly pursued this vendor to force them to provide a solution. But that's not my responsibility or job, its just my problem now that the vendor has both the product and the money. More >>
