Product Description
The SDR-H60 features a super-powerful 50x optical zoom, and boasts Panasonic's Advanced MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization), which detects and corrects hand-shake approximately 4,000 times per second, about eight times more effective than Panasonic`s previous systems. The high-capacity SDR-H60 can record to either SD (or SDHC) Memory Cards or to its built-in 60GB HDD. The H60 can hold up to 54 hours of recording when the built-in hard disk is used.

WAY overpriced and bad design choices.
The Good: I like the size and ease of use. The 60gb hard drive will store about 7-8hrs at the highest picture level setting.

Great for Indoor and Zoom
I did a lot of research before purchasing this particular videocam. Our goal was to film diving: 1) indoors (under harsh lighting) and 2) from a distance (from the bleachers past the width of an olympic pool).
