Sound died after second use, and Customer Service could care less
We bought the Panasonic SDR-H80 just before our baby was born in late October. We tested it once before she was born, and then used it once in the hospital for a few minutes -- it seemed reasonably easy to use, and the picture and sound were okay. More >>
