The camera is exactly what I was expecting for - beautiful, little camcorder, small enough to carry around most of the time (which was the reason I bought it) with video quality ok for most of the situations.

Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG9
I bought this camcorder as a backup to my Panasonic Mini DV. This is my first experience with flash card memory so I was not prepared for the differences between it and mini DV tape.

Buyer Beware! Short Warranty and Terrible Service.
This product comes with a very short 90-day warranty and terrible phone and web site support. I did not pay attention to how long the warranty period was when placing my order in Thanksgiving 2008.
