Don't buy if you have Windows 7 64 bit OS
The camera is a nice unit but the software from Panasonic DOES NOT work if your computer use the Windows 7 64 bit operating system.

It's O.K.
I've used this several times since receiving it for Christmas. My first disappointment was finding that it had no input for external mic, which means you have to be right on the subject to get any decent audio.
