Great backpack
So far, it's great. Haven't traveled much with it to test its durability or comfort on a long hike. Holds my Nikon camera, 300m zoom lens, some smaller lenses, Benro C-069m8 tripod, 17" MacBook Pro and lots of misc camera & computer gear.

Lowe Pro Vertex 300 a great pack
I have used this pack for about a month. It will easily hold two Canon 40D type cameras with the lenses. I also have an extra telephoto.
