Just what I needed
Positive: As described - very strong bag! YES the zippers are a little stiff but don't let that stop you from buying the bag.

Great backpack to hold EVERYTHING
I got this for a trip to Hawaii last month. My original backpack carried a camera just fine, but that was it. I needed something that would hold a laptop and other items, so I chose this one.

Good pack for hiking with a lot of gear.
Backstory:
I did quite a bit of exploring and research before settling on this pack. I wanted something a bit larger than my original bag (Lowepro Slingshot 200) and something that would be ideal for hiking.

It holds everything!
This is an awesome bag that easily holds my D300s with 18-200mm lens attached, and a couple of extra lenses, and 17 inch Mac Book Pro.

Perfect camera bag for day trips
I'll start off the review with a little background. I'm the type of photographer who changes lenses frequently while out shooting, so my first camera bag was the Tamrac Messenger 5 since the sling style was essential.
