Not for butter fingers
I searched many months for a camera. Read review after review and test drove a few. Purchased the SD870 IS and was a bit dissapointed by the picture quality (lots of red eye indoors no matter what mode) and the durability of the thing. More >>

Loved it
I say "loved it" because my friend dropped it on Halloween. I took great pics on land and underwater (in the Canon housing), and did excellent macro. More >>

Excellent scenery pictures, poor others
I've had the Canon PowerShot SD870 IS for about 2 years now, and I've realized that it's GREAT for scenery pictures--landscapes, buildings, sunsets, etc--but when it comes to photographing people, the picture quality is awful (especially when taken indoors). More >>
