Impossible to make movies work
I have tried for hours to figure out how to convert the standard windows movie format - wmv - to work with this frame. Best I can do is convert the picture with no sound.

Bad experience
Purchased this product in the US to be used in Brazil (same electric conditions-115V/ 60Hz). Did not work out of the box, and now HP in Brazil tells me that the "global" warranty is not global, does not apply here because this product is not available here yet.

Nice frame for the money
This frame was bought as a gift and the pictures were easy to download off our computer harddrive. The only complaints are that the remote doesn't have an on and off button so it has to be done manually from the back of the frame, and the random setting will show several of the same pictures over and over before all the pictures are viewed.
