Product Description
The SB-R1 is a unique Wireless Speedlight system kit for fully automatic Close-up photographic exposures. This kit comprises 2 SB-R200 Remote units attached to the lens, triggered by the pop up flash of the D70s or D200. Fully automatic TTL exposure calculation and synchronization is carried out using infrared wireless communication between the camera's metering system and the remote units. The kit includes adaptors for frontal lighting, filters, and adaptor rings for the most popular Nikkor lens filter screw threads.

Excellent flash system for macro photography. Kit includes step rings in several sizes to fit most lens systems. No batteries included.

Love It - But Should Be Better
Stopping down for a macro? - put on the lights - works great. Still, the filter holder / diffusion attachment is atrocious, and clearly very little thought was given to making it fold down small for inclusion in a camera bag.

Nikon does it again........
I am an amateur photographer (my favorite hobby). I use a Nikon D90 and have a number of Nikon lenses. I had gotten the Nikon 105mm macro lens and it is truly one of the cleanest and sharpest lens I've ever seen.

Cool Flash Setup
This is one really nice flash setup. I use it mostly for Macro shots but I have used the flashes off camera as well. The wireless setup is really accurate.
