Great product (when it works), terrible customer service
When I bought my 2006 Acura TL, I was a little disappointed that it didn't support mp3 CDs and instead came with a cassette deck, so one can imagine how excited I was for an iPod integration kit that would allow me to have full functionality over my iPod(s) with my stock stereo/navigation controls.

Kinda works, kinda doesn't
I ordered this through Pacific Stereo. The item is labeled "Dice" but the splash-screen it puts on the iPod says "Neo" which is a another brand, so I wonder what's up with that.
