Seegate FreeAgent Go 500GB
I bought the Seagate Free Agent Go approximately a month ago. It works great. The actual setup took less then 10 minutes,it was basically plug and play.

Warning on the 1TB it took a few days to format out of the box.

not reliable backup
The included "automatic backup" software doesn't work after a few days of use. The list of "exceptions" - files skipped during the backup routine - was extensive, running into the hundreds.
