POOR QUALITY
I PURCHASED 2 - THE FIRST WORKS WELL. THE SECOND HAS THE OUTER CASE DAMAGED, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONNECT THE NECESSARY POWER PLUG OR CABLES.

Why a 2 Star
The reason for the 2 Star's is my need to contact the HELP LINE to make my unit function correctly. A more expanded explanation why the 2 STAR'S is when I finally (2 Days of trying to get someone for help) then when I got a Human voice, it was from out of the country.
