poor design
This product is awesome as a hard drive...but the usb hook up, falls out with someone walking by... poor design has caused me to loss contact with the drive.

Not Quite So Great: Has Connection Problems
I was disappointed with this for two reasons. I didn't so much mind the protection software on here. You just have to wait for it to cue up and then type in your password.

I bought this drive (WDBAAA5000ASL) elsewhere in a package that included a USB-wired desktop stand, a zip case, and the micro-to-std USB cable.

Don't buy it...
I won't recommend, this is a waste of money. I can't recover the data because the drive just stop to work.
I opened, and I found there is no SATA to USB connection, and only pins everywhere.
