Does not come with its own power supply. Can not rely on power from CPU.
If you order ext power supply be sure to specify PADVD010U only. More >>

Worked for a while, then died.
While this drive did exactly what I intended it to do, it just didn't do it enough. Often times when it is plugged into my computer and a disc is inserted, it just refuses to play my movie/game/cd. More >>
