For once I ordered the retail version of a hard drive instead of the OEM version, based solely on the comments about Amazon's poor packaging of OEM drives. More >>

When will Amazon learn?
Good drive (hopefully), but no thanks to Amazon's packaging. Amazon seems to think that retail boxed hard drives are DVD box sets, and packages them as such. More >>

NO CABLE! AWFUL PACKAGING
This "retail" kit does NOT come with an SATA cable, dispite notes otherwise! Also, it was so poorly packaged that the box was rattling around inside of the shipping box. More >>
