Firewire Issues with Mac...otherwise a good deal
i just purchased this drive from Costco, for my apple Imac, 24 inch ( 2008 model). It would not connect or be recognized when i tried the firewire 400 method..the drive did not even show up on my desktop. More >>

Works great with my Mac
Some external drives don't play nice with my Mac. This one does. Plug the power cable into a wall socket and the firewire cable into the computer and--voila!--instant space. More >>
