We're still wiping our chins off the floor and our Thinkpads have never run so fast, comparing the MLC's to the faster SLC's hasn't produced a discernible difference except our SLC's boot about a second faster and both seem to work just as faster after boot. More >>

One of the best but high priced - but don't buy now!This is a very nice SSD, even if it is a bit slow on the sequential write speeds. Intel is a good company and they seem to thoroughly test their products. More >>

IBM Lenovo T500 with Ubuntu Linux -- No Problems & Fast -- Note Optimizations at the end of review.This drive is very fast. (Note, the linux optimizations I have included at the end of the review.) However, one might get confused when reviewing the technical specifications of this drive and comparing them to the specifications of the rebranded samsung drives that now come in capacities as high as 250 GB.
