Absolutely sturdy..
I faced a problem initially while opening the shell covers to insert the hard disk inside the shell. Otherwise everything else is pretty good.

2.5" SATA enclosure
The enclosure was very easy to load with my old 2.5" drive from my laptop. I then used it to transfer files to my new disk.
