It works very well, is light and I can fold it up, take it with me and use it with my laptop wherever I am.

reasonable quality & easy install
I have some new Bose headphones, about the same price, and the headphones on this Plantronic headset gives me better fidelity but that may be the result of coming out of the USB port with the Plantronics headset rather than going through the headphone jack with my Bose headphones.

do not get what I ordered. Was charged for a more expensive item and sent a lesser quality item. NOT HAPPY! with this company
I ordered a DSP-400 Digitally Enhanced USBfoldable Stereo Headset AND Software for $63.95. What I got was just the head set that they charge $40 on this web site.
