Xonar D2X Shines in Clear Sound
The Xonar has Direct, Dolby digital, and DTS (Digital Theater Surround) sound, and works great with my home Studio.

Hardware needs improvement
This sound card has a plastic attachment that needs manually pushed back until it clicks. This is a flaw right out of the box.

Doesn't work with Vista 64, SP2
I had high hopes for this card, but had to return it. I use an intel mother board, with the IDT or sigmatel audio chip set and vista 64.

GREAT Card BUT!
GREAT Card for Music, Games, Movies.
For me i need a card that i can Rec using the LINE-INPUT BUT!
