Everything (Bad) you've heard is true...
Wow...this unit is a disaster. Had one replaced after six months due to freezing, stopping in midst of recording, pixelating playback, etc....replacement unit (unfortunately, same unit) lasted on and off for a year. More >>

JVC stole $200 from me and gave me junk. I can't believe companies can rip you off like this. First: It only records up to six hours a disk, all others record up to ten hours. More >>

I've had this for a little over a year now and it's been a problem since day one. Sometimes it works fine and others it freezes up and says it can't play the disc or it'll stop in the middle of the recording for no reason. More >>
