be aware of what you buyI would not recomend this product, I purchased this item on line at the beginning of December for Christmass when it arrived and was hooked up I could not get the vcr section to work so I contacted phillips support the person it talked to asked me to try a couple of thing concluded that the vcr section was broken. Tape Playback failed after third day with very little useI purchased this item through Amazon on 9-29-2009.
It must be a discontinued model because after it failed, I called Philips Support and they said they would replace it with a similar model since they no longer have any more of that model. More >>

Great MachineThis machine has a great playback picture and works very well with my other components. You could pay twice the price for other combo units and by lucky to get anywhere close to the quality. More >>
