This card has good capacity, which I have found necessary for my Sony Alpha-900, full-frame DSLR. Obviously, the bigger the file-size, the more room one needs on a card in order to cover a shoot. More >>

Appropriate memory card for action photography!
Previous to this 16GB Extreme IV card I was utilizing 2 X 2GB cards with much slower data transfer rates. The Extreme IV is much more convenient. More >>

SanDisk's Reputation is Well-Earned
This is my first 16GB card. Previously I have stuck with cards no larger than 8GB, mainly because they are easier on the wallet (though the argument can be made that the 16GB cards are cheaper per GB) and because I am uncomfortable with such a large number of photos being housed on one card.
