Update
When I originally got the unit the volume was nearly inaudible. I called TomTom tech support and tried several fixes and updates with no luck in fixing the problem.

Very disappointing product
I purchased this unit last Christmas and have been extremely disappointed. Here are the things I don't like:

Suction Cup Fails, Unit Breaks, TomTom Does Not Care
So I get a TomTom for Christmas. After about three months of use the suction cup fails, the unit falls (while I was driving no less), hits the gear shift cracking the glass.
