It's expensive, but like any quality product, it's worth it up front. Other than the price, I have no complaints about the knife, Wusthof makes some of the best knives on the planet and I doubt that you will be disappointed if you buy one, or a set. More >>

I really like the feel of this knife. It's sold and balanced in when in use. It is a bit small so you might want to get a 8" knife or larger if you're going to be using this knife to do a lot of chopping and or slicing. More >>
