Read this and all reviews about the Q5W its the best guide on how to work your PMP. The instructions that come with it are extreamly basic and from what I have seen not much help on their websight about problem shooting. More >>

I've had the q5w 60gb model for about 2 months and overall I am very pleased with it's performance. The only drawback was the fact that it does not play AAC music files, but adding Coreplayer took care of that. More >>
