It's good.

hard to learn to use
Having used MP3 quite a bit with recorders and computer processing but having never touched an MP3 player as such, I found it very difficut to learn to use this one. More >>

Scroll wheel wears out quickly
This player was great...in the beginning. I'm not an active user of MP3 players, and only use them on road trips to avoid carting a bunch of CDs along with me, which happens a few times a year. More >>

I think I hate it
I had high expectations for this player. I have the Sandisk m240 and m250 and they have amazing sound quality so I thought, being from Sandisk, it would follow suit. More >>
