WELL,1st. let me say i"m a big fan of eposon printers. howerver this one has fallen from my grace.it's poorly crafted material,light weight ( ADF )AUTOMATIC DOCUMENT FEEDER causes a lot of paper jams and snags.2ND.

Uses too much ink
I have used Epson products for many years and have been satisfied with them. But I am disappointed that the WorkForce 500 seems to have an enormous appetite for pricey ink.

Great printer
The Epson 500 workforce is a multifunction all in one printer. I had a Epson CX5400 before which I loved, but it started to leak ink after 5 years.
