Horrible HP Customer Service
After 8 months of use, the printer broke. After many hours of repeated calls, HP finally offered to send me a reman unit for $45.00 plus shipping both ways, another $65.00, even though the printer is still under warranty. More >>

Worked fine until we upgraded to Windows 7
We replaced an old HP MFP unit with this and after a shakey start, it worked OK. It arrived with a broken glass plate on the scanner bed, but HP replaced the unit at no charge. More >>

Scanner doesn't work in Australian release
HP sold us this in Australia.

Apparently there is a known issue for some of this release where Vista users who want to scan more than one page using the Automatic Document Feeder. More >>

Too much trouble!
We are on our third one of these printers and it's in the car about to be taken back to Staples. We have had so much trouble, especially with this last one which i just got on Feb. More >>
