Great switch
I'm not sure how much money one can save with a 'green switch'. That being said, this router works flawlessly and gets gigabit speed.

Reliable gigabit router
I bought this to replace a Netgear gigabit router which had a few dead ports after several years. No install issues, easy to see diagnostic lights for each port, since positioned aware from the wire ports.

It works great!
This switch does exactly what it should do, and it's very quiet. I bought this to replace a LinkSys SR2024C that lost half of its ports after the first 12 months (apparently this is a common problem with this model).
