Works in Mexico!
After trying both a USB phone (which would cut in and out) as well as the expensive Panasonic wifi phone, we found that due to Mexico bandwith issues (they do not like allowing VOIP services), so far this phone works pretty good. More >>

Decent Hardware - Firmware Needs Updating
The unit seems solid enough although it could use some more weight or high-friction feet to stop it from sliding across the desk. The handset itself is poorly shaped and uncomfortable. More >>
