VERY DISAPPOINTING
I have hundreds of AVI files and MP4's. The device would only play a handful of the AVI's and none of the MP4's. I could not figure out why it would only play the few AVI's that it did. More >>

Get the WD TV HD or Live instead
This may be a lot cheaper than the other WD TV products, but there is a reason. First, if your hard drive is 1TB or higher, this thing takes forever to read it. More >>

The way to go!
Simply put: This is the best and simplest media player ever!!!
I just transfer any movie, video clip, music, etc., to my usb drive and plug that into the media player. More >>

Reliability is questionable
The sale and delivery of this product wre fine, but I can't recommend the product unless you're willing to spend time converting formats to try to get something to play. More >>
