Poor Customer ServiceI bought this computer in December. It began to freeze up on the Windows 7 start-up screen, and after three calls, they told me I needed to mail it in for repairs. More >>

Great computer, but once again battery is not as advertised.I think the computer is great. I bought it for it's reliabilty rating. The problem is that the 9 hour battery life is only giving me 2.5 hours. More >>
