Asus Tech Support is MIA
I had an ASUS UL80Vt for a week and after a week packed it up for return. My main problem wasn't that the battery was DOA and wouldn't charge (though the indicator insisted there was a 39% at all times, even after overnight charging and the warning light signalling "dead battery). More >>

battery didn't work & Adorama didn't exchange as promised
From what exp while I had it, it seamed great other than the battery didn't work. Before I bought it I called the retailer Adorama & asked if it was faulty if they would exchange, I was told yes. More >>
