It is ridiculously hard to open the basket. I finally discovered that the basket will come out only if you turn the entire unit on its back and bang it against the floor. More >>

No Hassle No Breakdown Shredder
I read lots of reviews of various shredders, including the hint for this one that a knife point in the upper rt or lf corner of the basket will loosen it enough to withdraw the basket from the shredder, and am very satisfied that this shredder will not breakdown or wear out any time soon. More >>
