Worst ever!I bought this time recorder on november since i live outside the u.s. i recived it on january since it came i couldnt make it work is very hard to set up so i contact them customer service was awful so i tried with the customer service chat which was the worst i told her my problems and she didnt even tried to help me solve them was so bad that she iven closed my chat window, so i call a technician to configure it so he has to change ports etc etc so it work and i was happy but a week ago it started to miss punches and now it doesnt even connect to my computer and it says time not set when i tried to set the time it disconects..
