Works with 3rd party keyboards & mice, screen quality justifies the iMac's price.
This review does contain some technical jargon, but I will try to stick with layman's terms.

A user tired of bloaty and buggy Windows Vista ("unused RAM is wasted RAM" - until you put in more than 2GB, at which point Vista doesn't bother to use it... More >>
