This compuer and HP service STINKS
This computer was defective right out of the box. Purchased in June 2009, it repeatedly had errors, setting it back to factory default did not help, neither did customer service. More >>

runs very hot, DVR incompatibility
got this computer 4 months ago and it looks great - perfect for shelf under large tv.

this issue is it runs EXTREMELY hot so i had to always leave the doors open on my tv stand. More >>
