The Smart App AVR Series CPS1500AVR UPS model has built-in Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) that ensures your connected equipment receives only regulated, consistent power. This model is ideal for corporate servers, departmental servers, as well as mission-critical network components. It also features an innovative form that allows the unit to be used as either a free-standing unit, or to be rack mounted (2U). The unit also has 2 built in serial ports to allow for control of two computers during a power failure.

I own 4 of these and find that they are rock solid. I use 2 of them to support a 10K Raid HD system and the other two on tower computers.

This is a solid(and lasting) system for your PC/monitor/modem. If you use periferials it can take the heat but it isn't recommended.
