So Far So Good
I had an older model and it seened much sturdier.
It is a good small office printer for one person.
can't do envelopes on top of paper which I could do on the previous printer.

Even though HP stopped producing this printer, Amazon helped me replace mine.
I had just got done buying 2 sets of ink cartridges for the HP 5650 printer. Then my printer broke.

Printer OK, but HP Support Non-Existent
It's not a bad printer, but it is vastly overpriced. And- oh, by the way, HP no longer supports it by updating drivers, so it's essentially obsolete out of the box.
