So far so good...installation was a breeze
I'll add to this review after I've used the printer for a while, but I just installed it to print wirelessly from my laptop and had no issues at all.

A Very Good Choice--5 Year Warranty!
I too did not get this printer through Amazon, but shopped very diligently comparing features of Lexmark, Canon, and Epson for print quality, all in one capabilities, and price.

Good printer -- poor software
I bought this printer on sale. I was able to get it to work on USB pretty quickly, but the wireless was another story.

Good printer, ink setting annoying
This is a good all in one. I don't use the fax, but the printer and scanner seem to work well. I had a difficult time figuring out how to scan documents, but I don't know if that is my fault or the printers.
