This item was a Christmas gift and at 3 a.m. Christmas morning, our house burned to the ground
I am familiar with this brand and I know it would have been a great product as we have had this product before. However, fire claimed this one before we could even turn it on!

The product was hard to setup and the programming interface was not explained to a novice level. However the product itself was as advertised and works very well, even without the programming.
