Yamaha V765BL Home Theater Receiver
This receiver meets all my expectations. I combined it with a Yamaha NS-SP1800BL 5.1 Suround speakers and the new Samsung UN55B8000 55 Inch 1080P 240 Hz LED HDTV.

Even better
The yamaha RXV765 is a pretty good receiver but I just returned mine and went with the Denon AVR1910. The Audyssey MultEQ , On-screen display , Audyssey Dynamic EQ are a killer.
