Horrible! DO NOT BUY!
I have literally used this scanner three times and it's already having problems. My first scan is fine, but when I try a second scan, the scanner carriage gets stuck halfway and I have to unplug and replug the scanner until the carriage resets to the top.

Hardware fine, installation satisfactory. User manual, from download, has no resemblance to the actual function of the machine.

It works, but it isn't easy.
I read all of the reviews here before buying this over-size scanner. For those of us who do comics, or just larger artwork it's almost NECESSARY to have something like this in our lives.

Great quality for the price!
Scanner was purchased for scanning large scrapbook pages. Installation was easy. The software seems a little primitive but I just need it to create the image and I'll take it from there in either Adobe LR or PSE.
