This cardscan wasn't compatible with Windows Vista 64 bit which I didn't see noted at all when I ordered it. I had to return it and went to the company directly to order the right one for me.

Love it but it is a dead end
Its a shame. I really like this scanner and the software that comes with it. Unfortunately the manufacture does not intend to keep the software and drivers current and that is a big problem.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Bad product/bad customer support
I received the Cardscan for a birthday present in October of '08. I was overseas on an assignment when I first tried to use it and it would not even scan a single card.

Worthless--do not buy this product
I add my voice to those who were unable to uninstall/use this expensive junk. My computer met CardScan's system requirements, but the software would not install correctly.
